Another look at your co workers and social environment.

Characteristics I see in  my co workers that I would want to develop in myself is their friendliness. Everyone is very friendly such as in the morning everybody says good morning and greets you. This has helped me discover that I would like to work in a positive/friendly environment in to the future. If I could  one thing about the social environment it would be to have mixed lunches in between the grades because a lot of the underclass teachers are really nice to talk to.
